We not only create your orthotics, but we also treat the condition that requires them. Once we’ve taken your measurements, it takes about two weeks for your custom orthotics to come back from manufacturing.
During this time, we’ll begin treating your condition, so by the time your orthotics arrive, they’ll help keep the pain from recurring.
Our goal is to eliminate any pain you may have been experiencing.

We will provide you with all the required documentation for your orthotic including a prescription, biomechanics assessment, diagnosis, casting type and final receipt.
Some insurance providers require a MD note along with the documents listed above. It’s best to check with your insurance provider if that is the case for you.

The initial fitting appointment is 30 minutes .

After the initial fitting, most orthotics are manufactured within 2 weeks.

Bring them back within 90 days and we will make any adjustments needed.
